You will be ACCA OR CPA with a degree in accountancy minimum of 5 years experience in the Finance Control space from the banking industry.
Your Main responsibilities:
• Preparing weekly and monthly reconciliation of bank customer balances
• Handling of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and fixed assets
• Inputting payroll entries into SAP system
• Handling inter-companies confirmations and recharges to/from inter-companies
• Adjusting for MTM of loan and deposits as well as FX options
• Handing month end closing (including accruals, prepayment and provision)
• Handling of petty cash
• Handling monthly management accounts
• Handling monthly budget vs. actual reports
• Handling monthly contribution reports
• Preparing monthly BA610 SARB returns for Singapore Branch
• Preparing MAS reports for the Bank
• Preparing MAS reports for Singapore Branch
• Handling quarterly GST returns
• Handing MAS annual Survey of Services
• Processing invoices to be billed to inter-companies
• Preparing monthly FX summary reports
• Preparing yearly audit confirmations assist in year end closing
• Assist in annual budget computations
• Assist in annual Tax computation schedules
