The Group’s affiliate in London (United Kingdom) is an FCA authorised and regulated (online broker) financial services firm, which is expanding the scope of its business in the United Kingdom and Europe i.e., to carry and hold client money.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• This role includes responsibility for the daily client money processes and associated regulatory reporting, all governance associated with the firm holding client money (as the firm’s regulatory skilled person requirement - CF10a).
• Oversees and directs budgeting, tax, accounting, and long range forecasting for the organization.
• Directs the firm and its affiliates in activities such as custody of client funds, securities, keeping proper records and assets of the organization.
• Appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic reports on the organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth.
• Coordinates tax reporting with the firm’s auditors.
• Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of the corporation's annual report.
• Advises the firm of CASS rules, and assists with the design of processes to meet these requirements.
• Maintains Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Liquidity policy and reports.
• Liaise with FCA on CASS related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Outstanding knowledge of the FCA rulebook.
• Experience in financial custody of client money and operations.
• Previous experience with CMAR reporting and client reconciliations.
• Good working knowledge of IT applications e.g., Excel and etc.
• The successful candidate will be degree educated, ideally with a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, as this role requires extensive global interaction and independent work.
• Candidate must be successful in passing the FCA requirements to be authorised as the firms CF10a.
• Candidate must be fluent in English.
• At least two years of experience in the financial markets is required.
• Candidate must be allowed to work in the UK.
