Financial Controller – English speaking recruitment
The role is an interesting one in a growing organisation that offers a pleasant working environment. You will be working in a small team within the Reporitng and Controlling department. This is a traditional controlling role and you will be involved in work such as dealing with financial statements and checking the authenticity of reported accounts and tax filings. You will also be expected to support and mentor a younger team member.
In this broad and varied role, your tasks will also include:
- Developing and improving controlling functions
- Supervising bookwork and the group company account preparations
- Overseeing Swiss National Bank statistics and interpreting them
- Monitoring regulatory processes
The successful candidate will present the following qualities:
- 5 years plus work experience gained within an internal or external banking audit
- Excellent IFRS knowledge
- A higher degree in economics/equivalent or a controlling/accounting focussed discipline
- Excellent MS Office skills and ideally banking software
- Fluent English, German is useful.
