Financial Controller (With progression to become Finance Director)
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Financial Controller who would like to join this fast growing, entrepreneurial organisation with a turnover currently at £10m. You will be joining them at a time when you will be given the opportunity to make a massive impact in to the organisations growth and development.
You will be working for one of the groups subsidiary companies, reporting directly in to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for the financial management of the business in addition to supporting the strategic operational direction of the organisation. This will include the following;
Responsibility for the development of financial reporting controls
Production of annual accounts
Annual budgeting forecasting
Production presentation of monthly management information.
Actively contributing to the strategic development of the business
Our client is looking for an ambitious individual, who is eager to progress to become a Finance Director.
You will need a high level of commercial acumen - this role should very much be viewed as FD designate role. You will be involved in recruiting your own finance team and eventually have responsibility for a team of four. You will also need strong analytical reporting skills.
This role will be initially very hands on. Having experience of working for an SME businesses will be advantageous.
The business has exciting growth plans of which you will play an integral part.
