Financial Controller/ Finance Director
Our client, a successful £10m turnover, owner managed business based in Norwich, is seeking a Financial Controller/ Finance Director. Working as a key member of the Senior Management team the role will include inputting on a commerciall/ operational basis in addition to a hands-on finance role. On a day to day basis the duties of the role will include reviewing and adding commentary to the management accounts, payroll, ad-hoc reporting on financial performance, managing the small finance team and attending senior management meetings. This is an exciting business with growth plans over the next 3 years and you will have the scope to help shape and develop the finance team and the business to achieve the business plan.
