Financial Controller – Insurance recruitment
As part of a small team you will work on a very broad and interesting portfolio of tasks, ranging from local to divisional level:
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting within the International Division
• Collaboration in the creation of budget, mid term plan and regular forecasts
• Analysis of business areas within the International Division in coordination with our local finance teams, write comments and propose actions
• Maintaining and developing the SAP controlling tool
• Further development of the internal reporting of the International Division into a MIS
• Involvement in projects and special topics, e.g. ad hoc analysis for specified topics and service level management
Your strengths
• University of applied science in Business Administration or similar degree
• Min 4-5 years of working experience in Controlling, preferably in the life insurance business, or at least strong willingness and interest to enter in the life insurance industry
• Solid understanding and experience of the Microsoft-Office-Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) and familiar with SAP CO, BW is an advantage
• Self-driven individual with strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to switch fast between the global view and the line item detail
• Highly motivated team player to deliver results within short deadlines, ability to handle pressure in a fast changing international environment
• Strong personality with high energy level to be able to strive for professional solutions with a pragmatic approach
• Fluency in German and English (orally and written), French would be an asset
