To ensure the continuous success and to further strengthen their Finance Department for the Benelux, located in our Headquarters in Den Bosch, we are currently searching for a young ambitious Financial controller.
Job description
• Prepare monthly management reporting
• Perform actual versus budget variance analysis
• Discuss deviations with the budget owners
• Play an active role in the budget process data collection and consolidation
• Support the controlling processes of other business lines
• You will report to the FPA Manager will be based in Den Bosch
Job profile
Experience and insight into business and organizational issues is your calling card. Analytical, accurate and a high degree of flexibility .You are able to quickly switch between strategic and operational activities. You are an excellent communicator and build easily a functional network. By setting your solution, you go where others
stop.
• Relevant Accounting and Reporting experience (3 to 5 years)
• Experience with Big 4 is a must
• Master degree in Economics / Finance / Accountancy
• Focused on delivering results and solutions within tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and a high level of accuracy
• Service minded and flexible mentality
• Able to work well in a dynamic, changing environment
• Able to communicate at all level of the organization
• Excellent communicative skills in Dutch, English. Knowledge of French is a plus
