Financial Controller – Private Equity recruitment

THE ROLE:

• Overseeing the production of fund accounts which are produced externally by a fund administrator, and managing the relationship with the administrator

• Producing accounts for the Management Company (LLP), including management reporting and periodic statutory financial statements

• Assisting the front-office with structuring deals and understanding the accounts of portfolio companies and potential investments

• Helping to build a "best in class" finance function

• Maintaining financial systems and processes

THE CANDIDATE:

• A qualified accountant with 1-4 years post-qualified experience

• At least 1-2 years experience as a fund accountant within a private equity house, or private equity fund administrator

• Must be a University graduate with excellent communication skills

• Must hold a current UK passport, or a UK Tier 1 work visa (we will not sponsor)
