Financial Controller – Private Equity recruitment
Based in Jakarta, the role will be varied and dynamic with duties such as, but not limited to:
• Fund Financial Accounting and Reporting
• Review of financial investor relations material
• Company Financial Reporting in accordance with US GAAP for on and off-shore entities
• Analyse financial statements of investments
• Management of a team of accountants
• Management of Third Party Relationships (Auditors and Fund Administrators)
• Process improvement and control
Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
• Be currently based in or have working experience in Indonesia
• 10+ years of experience in Finance
• An audit background and Accounting qualification (or degree)
• Recent working knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience in a Fund Accounting, Asset management or MA environment
• Good communication and relationship skills
