Financial Controller (Real-Estate)
An established Investment Manager and advisory group with a unique real-estate investment portfolio across Europe, are recruiting a Financial Controller for their growing team.
Working in a dynamic team, your responsibilities will include the preparation of financial and regulatory reports, distribution notices to investors, Tax/VAT returns, as well as maintaining records of the fund and holding structure entities. You will also have some supervisory duties and be involved in the implementation of a new accounting tool to oversee European properties. This is a great commercial opportunity which will also involve liaising with various investment professionals, dealing with their queries and preparing ad hoc reports.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong academic background, who is looking to further their development by undertaking various tasks for a growing ambitious firm. As the ideal candidate, you will have direct real-estate Financial Control experience. You will be driven and flourish working independently whilst working in a fast paced environment.
