Motivated by the prospect of seeing the big picture and making a difference to the Bank's operations?
Reporting to the Head of Finance - Retail and Business Bank the key focus of this role is to provide forward looking financial analysis and advice to the GM - Business Bank and the broader Business Bank Leadership Team that supports the strategic direction and growth initiatives of Business Bank. In addition the role will need to manage the management accounting and reporting functions for Business Bank. This is a consultative role where you will be tasked with providing a level of financial support that will enable your GM's to not only understand their business but drive future growth and revenue generation.
With strong links into the business, the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels of the organisation is critical. Equally important is your strong attention to detail, analysis and excellent organizational and planning skills.
The successful candidate will ideally be CA qualified with broad financial management experience in a commercial environment. Proven Financial Leadership experience in the Financial Services sector would be beneficial, as would some exposure to Business Banking. As a seasoned professional you will enjoy this opportunity to join the Westpac Finance team and influence across all levels of the organisation.
