Financial Controller recruitment
1. To assist the Chief Financial Officer, and the respestive business unit leads in South China to develop and grow the business by leading a strong finance team capable of providing promot and accurate financial information for management decision. The incumbent is expected to work closely in partnership with the other senior management to strategie and manage the business as a team with the objective of ensuring sustained profitability and growth of joint ventures and organic businesses in South China.
2. Proactive involvement and engagement with the heads of relevant business departments/units to manage and develop the business and financial performance and strength of the units/shows in South China.
3. To provide sound, commerical and financial advice to the Senior Management team.
4. To integrate and manage new business (including JVs) and ensure that company policies and procedures are aligned.
Skills and Core Competencies.
Posses a degree in Accountancy with at least 5 years of releveant working experience at a senior level. Has at least 3 years of Big 4 external auditor work experience.
