Financial Controls Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity in a pivotal role to the function of Group Finance at a Leading Banking Group. You will be tasked with the responsibility to direct and control the definition, implementation and adherence to standard processes and control practices across Finance.

This position is an exciting opportunity to work across the Finance team and with key stakeholders across the business. You will take responsibility for driving change and delivery on projects and play an active involvement in the improvement and development of the Financial Control Framework at a leading banking group.

Key responsibilities include:

- Establishing and building relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Working with the business to optimise business results
- Support change projects to deliver continuous improvement
- Working with Finance change teams to ensure projects and programmes to assure delivery in accordance with defined design standards
- Deputise for the Process Controls Lead as and when required

The ideal candidate will be a high calibre qualified accountant with working experience in Financial Control with a Financial Services company. You will need to be able to confidently interact with colleagues and management at all levels across the business.

Financial Controls Manager Leading Banking Group £50,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits City of London
