Financial Crime Compliance Manager, Technology (Change)
The Financial Crime Compliance Manager, Technology (Change) role is based within HSBC's Financial Crime Compliance Function as a change agent leading projects across Europe.
The role of the Manager Financial Crime Compliance Manager, Technology (Change) is to work closely with Senior Management of the MLRO function to ensure all projects are planned, implemented, executed and controlled to ensure consistency with UK MLRO strategy and commitments. As well as ensuring the timely delivery of IT commitments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with of AML Sanctions senior management to successfully deploy multiple systems and system upgrades across a number of countries throughout Europe
- Delivery and implementation of projects within budget and given timescales. Role covers the identification and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies and the financial management of the project
- During the project initiation, you will the responsible for defining the scope, governance, creating project plans and defining the business case in a way that is understood by all stakeholders
- During delivery, you will track milestones, deliverables, risks, costs and issues. You will establish and embed systems and mechanisms to control the successful delivery of changes to the required performance indicators
