A Global banking group require a Financial Crime Risk Manager who will lead, coach and manage the Business Risk Financial Crime Risk Team. The role of Financial Crime Risk manager will require the successful applicant to apply reasoned discretion and make considered decisions in the fight against financial crime risk and meeting business goals whilst acting as a role model for improving risk standards and developing change. The role holder will work closely with stakeholders to prioritise business risk and financial crime risk issues, exploring and defining solutions, building commitment around agreed solutions to fight against financial crime impacting the bank. Financial crime risk initiatives will require analysis, design, risk assessment, problem / on-going management, monitoring, measurement, implementation and review to ensure the team adapts and delivers to rapidly changing priorities and the financial crime risk agenda.
For this role it is essential that you have suitable Financial Crime Risk experience at a Managerial level gained within a global banking business or regulatory consultancy. You must have had experience within AML.
