Financial Crime – Senior Manager

Financial Crime Risk Management - Big 4

Hays Financial Crime are partnering with two of the 'Big Four' Consultancies to assist with the growth of their Financial Crime risk advisory teams.

With increasing pressure on regulatory standards, the consultancy model has never been more a diverse and challenging career option for Financial Crime professionals. Two members of the Big Four are looking to make multiple Senior Manager hires into their client-facing Financial Crime consulting teams.

The roles;

• Successful hires at all levels will provide expert guidance to help clients comply with regulation around AML, Sanctions, Fraud and ABC. As a Senior Manager, you will be expected to lead engagements and contribute towards bespoke client delivery projects around Financial Crime
• Both consultancies are taking on increased amounts of engagements as their network grows in light of regulatory pressure on the Financial Services. Candidates can expect to see a wide-range of Financial Crime related engagements within wholesale, retail and corporate banking, with a growing focus around asset management.
• You will be expected to lead assignments of up to 20 people, be able to contribute to bespoke Financial Crime target operation models and be proactive in their networking across the market.

This is a unique opportunity to expand both your internal and external client relationships within the Financial Crime industry.
