Financial Director / CFO recruitment
My client, a fast growing web technology, is looking for a Finance Director to aide them in their continued high growth over the past 10 years.
The position, based in Edinburgh, is an extremely exciting opportunity FOR a key senior management team member who would act as a main board leader directly assisting the CEO.
The company have impressive annual revenues and are looking to expand their business and maintain their reputation as highly innovative and profitable firm.
The main responsibilities are:
-Project management of acquisitions and equity transactions
-Strategic financial development
-Direct management of the finance, HR and support functions
-Negotiate and close on corporate and financial transactions
You must possess the following:
-A strong desire to participate in IPO/trade sale/high growth track
-Experience budget setting and monitoring
-Financial reporting and control across the company
-A qualified accountant
-Proven track record of managing a finance team
-Having experience in small to medium acquisition target analysis is desirable
You will have a strong desire to work in a fast paced environment and participate in a company with a high growth strategy through implementing change.
