KEY MANGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing cash flow of the Company for the purpose of the most effective use of all kinds of resources.
• Developing financial strategy of the Company and providing its’ financial sustainability.
• Managing personnel of financial department (assigning tasks and controlling their fulfillment, performance appraisal).
• Managing budgeting process of the Company in compliance with the Group’s standards.
• Providing accounting and reporting in compliance with the Group’s standards.
• Managing of implementation of ERP system.
• Performing tax planning and financial risk management.
• Suggesting sources and attracting financial resources.
• Preparing Company for the international audit.
• Implementing corporate procedures and develop the structure of managing finance in the region.
• Representing the Company in relations with state authorities and financial institutions.
• Preparing and presenting all the necessary financial information of the Company.
• Developing procedures securing financial information constituting commercial secrets.
• Developing and implementing local regulatory requirements in the sphere of financial management in compliance with the Group’s standards.
• Performing investment policy and managing assets and liabilities of the Company, determining their optimal structure.
• Controlling correctness of the reporting documentation, its’ timely presenting to external and internal users.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
• Higher education in economics and finance; MBA
• Accounting and reporting in compliance with IFRS and RAS
• Working with ERP systems and their implementation
• Budgeting and planning
• Financial and economic analysis
• Attracting financial resources
• Fluent English
• Min 5 years in a similar position
