Financial Institution Senior Manager recruitment
The role: based in Vienna
We are seeking to hire a senior manager with a comprehensive understanding of Financial Institutions, transactions and relationships to lead and manage the Financial Institutions Limit Analysis team. The team, consisting of 16 employees, is responsible for the Bank’s group-wide steering and allocation of Financial Institutions Limits. Key responsibilities include:
• Analysis of international and domestic banks and non-banking Financial Institutions, e.g. funds and insurance companies
• Setting of limit allocations
• Continuous monitoring of risk profiles and market developments
• Conformity with regulatory and compliance guidelines with respect to all Financial Institutions rating and limit setting
• In conjunction with Risk Management approve ratings assigned to banks and non-banking Financial Institutions
The Candidate:
A successful track record in managing employees and driving employee development whilst delivering tangible results is a pre-requisite for the role.
The candidate will lead and co-ordinate initiatives and projects related to the on-going management support of the Group and act as project manager for new initiatives.
A solid and demonstrable understanding of financial markets and financial regulations, strong analytical skills, good concept of risk managementand experience in or exposure to treasury products, Asset Liability Management of a bank and investment products in an international business environment is essential. In addition, extensive experience in understanding limit approval processes and systems is required.
