Financial Manager
Hays Senior Finance is working with a well known Leicestershire company that has International exposure. They have a need for a hands on, proactive ACA/ACCA/ACMA Qualified Accountant who has knowledge of Management Financial Accounting, IFRS and varied Projects as well as being able to add value to a growing business. This opportunity is commutable from Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Coventry, Warwickshire, Nottinghamshire Derbyshire
Working with the Senior Finance Team, including Finance Director to enhance the UK Overseas Operations. Review, assess implement new financial reporting processes protocols and Management Accounting. Review input new Internal Audit functions. Financial models – working capital management project appraisals. IFRS conversion from UKGAAP and the impact on the business.
You will have knowledge of working within a hands on fast paced organisation and be an ACA/ACCA/ACMA Qualified Accountant. This is the perfect opportunity for a keen individual to make a progressive move into a rapidly expanding organisation. This role needs commitment and you will have a keen, driven personality, high degree of ambition, an intuitive ability and a keen eye for detail. Highly organised with an ability to work on a number of tasks projects while adhering to tight deadlines. Hands on, sleeves rolled up approach, possessing strong communication skills at all levels as well as presentation experience.
