Your new duties and responsibilities
Among your main duties, you will be in charge of:
- Participation management for the Asset Management entities of Allianz Group in Asia, Europe and North America. This includes tasks such as liquidity and capital management, performing financial assessments and company valuations, and developing a tool designed to optimize the company’s participation management
- Playing a major role in MA transactions and restructuring activities, including setting-up optimal deal structures and financing for the transactions
- Advising on diverse financial matters for the Asset Management segment to Senior Executives, Corporate Center and Operating Entities
Required qualifications and experience
- Business Degree (e.g. in Business Administration or Economics). CFA charter, PhD or an MBA are a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience within Corporate Finance in the Financial Services industry (preferably Asset Management)
- Superior command of the German and English language
- Strong analytical skills combined with sound knowledge in financial management, capital markets, project management and international accounting
- Ability to execute assignments in a self-reliant, focused and timely manner, whilst showing responsibility, objectivity and accuracy
- Committed team player abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge and passion for working in an international environment
