Financial Modeller
The Investment Manager has only been in existence for 3 years, but currently has over £600mn under management spread across 3 funds. The Infrastructure fund currently has £100mn in equity and commitments to double/triple this from it’s LP’s, and is open ended in nature. The fund will be deploying long term capital funding to local authorities for social infrastructure projects.
I am looking for an experienced candidate who is an outstanding financial modeller to run the modelling function of the deals through from the bidding to procurement and there are likely to be 4/5 on the go at any one time. The candidate will be highly analytical with a strong background in PFI/Infrastructure transaction modelling exposure and be suited to working in a small, but growing team.
