Financial Modeller – Real Estate recruitment
A FTSE 250 listed Real Estate Investment and Development business with substantial office and retail real estate assets under management throughout London are currently looking to recruit a Financial Modeller for their London based Headquarters.
This Real Estate Financial Modeller role will be responsible for developing cash flow models from scratch for potential acquisitions and disposals within the company's property portfolio. The role will be responsible for modelling the consequence of vacating tenants and the impact of them staying longer term. You will be responsible for financially modelling the implication of buying and selling properties and also be involved with associated valuations.
To successfully apply for this Real Estate Financial Modelling role you will ideally be ACA Qualified from a top 10 private practice background, although the business is flexible on this and would consider applicants that are CIMA / ACCA Qualified with strong experience of financial modelling within the Real Estate market, which is a prerequisite of the role.
