As a member of the Accounting Department, the Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the company's financial objectives by providing guidance and interpretation to managers, supervisors and employees.
Duties:
Analyzing profitability of owned and leased inventory
Benchmarking performance / cost comparisons.
Creating and presenting information for internal senior leadership and external owners.
Building and analyzing reporting metrics in Excel.
Forecasting and budgeting.
Creating and projecting performance through 5 year proformas on current and future operations.
Involved in analyzing and critiquing of brand initiatives and costs.
Assist with accounting month-end close procedures.
Who we're looking for
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with some emphasis in Finance and/or Business. Excellent analytical and computational skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and aptitude for data reporting tool methodology and fundamentals required.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work independently as well as with others in a team environment.
Accounting proficiencies in accruals, prepaids, general ledger entries month-end closing procedures.
