Financial Operations Manager

Our client, a leading financial services company based in Southampton, is looking to recruit a qualified accountant with experience in change management and process improvements to lead the development and improvement of the Financial Operations team.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract and has a broad remit in terms of deliverables. You will be tasked with weekly production and development of quality monitoring as well as internal controls review and revisions. 
This job role has the exposure to numerous stakeholders, not only finance but IT and other support functions to ensure the processes, procedures and changes are actioned and rolled out successfully.
Essential to your application must be a proven track record in the delivery of change management and leading small dedicated teams, ability to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of controls within a financial operations department and excellent IT skills.
