Financial Performance Manager
Hays Senior Finance are currently working with a market leading global business, with a vast finance presence based in Warwickshire. The business currently have a requirement to recruit a highly commercially focussed candidate from a manufacturing or dealership business.
The Financial Performance Manager plays a key role in the financial performance and health of the business network through reporting of performance, identification of trends and opportunities, and pro-actively working with key stakeholders to develop plans to improve financial performance. The role allows for exposure to a tremendous variety of financial performance and operational business units. The role will include travel throughout the UK where required.
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified accountant with at least 3 years post qualification experience. You must have a high level of business acumen and a good understanding of drivers of a Manufacturer/Dealer business. It is important you are confident with networking, interpersonal and influencing skills and have the ability to balance strategic and operational requirements.
