Financial Planner

Excellent opportunity with an established yet growing financial institution.  Unique opportunity to be a part of an expanding Trust and Investment Management Team that is looking for a strong financial planner to help manage the company's growing assets in the Quad Cities area.

 

Ideal candidate will be passionate and well-versed in financial planning; the organization has a strong planning team that will support the incumbent with competitive planning tools.  This is an outstanding opportunity for a self-starter who likes to take initiative and work independently yet collaboratively with other team members.  The role affords tremendous upside potential both financially and for career growth into leadership.

 

The role will include handling the relationship management of existing clients, looking for ways to further the banking relationship with them. There would also be development of internal relationships with other bank business lines, as well as development of a local COI network. This would include being involved in local community events and foundations/organizations to find new relationships for the Trust and Investment Management business.

The desired candidate will possess:

 - 5+ years financial planning experience

 - Bachelors degree

 - Experience in Relationship Management with Clients

 - Strong Communication Skills

 - CFP is desired, not required
