Financial Planning and Analyst Manager

Our client, a leading Bank, is currently seeking a qualified accountant to join their Finance team. The managerial role provides the opportunity to shape the business through driving the successful operation of the group wide liquidity transfer pricing mechanism. Liquidity risk management is a critical and high profile activity in the bank and provides a great opportunity to apply finance and accounting skills, whilst gaining experience working with multiple stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include;
Develop analysis and insight into liquidity transfer pricing, contributing to development of business strategy, forecasting and planning
Production of Management Information
Lead briefings of Product or Coverage FDs, MDs, and other stakeholders on liquidity transfer pricing and related matters, highlighting key themes, trends, risks and opportunities
Deputise for the Senior Manager and Finance Director, as appropriate, at meetings covering Liquidity Transfer Pricing
Work with teams across finance and business to develop Liquidity Transfer Pricing information
Lead the drive towards implementation of process improvements
Identify and lead the response of education needs of the stakeholder group relating to Liquidity Transfer Pricing

The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified accountant with previous reporting, financial control and analysis experience gained within Banking. The individual should be comfortable managing/analysing/interpreting data sets with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have the ability to challenge positively and effectively and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. A track record of effective communication, presentation and consultative skills are essential.

FPA Manager Leading Bank - £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits
