To be considered for this role you will have:
- Strong organisation and relationship building skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role within financial planning firm.
- DFP qualifications.
- Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task as appropriate
- Confident telephone manner
In this role your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Coordinate and be involved in dealing with client phone and face-to-face queries
- New Business Processing i.e Complete, Process and Implement applications in all area's including Life, Investment Superannuation products.
- Liaise with fund managers, underwriters and other product managers as necessary
- Preparation for client meetings
- Coordinate implementation of financial plans
- Growing and maintaining strong relationships with third party providers
