You will be responsible for managing a team of profitable Financial Planners who provide personal advice to our ANZ customers over the telephone. As the Manager you will support, encourage and guide the team to drive referral partnerships within Retail Banking and Mortgages Direct while also overseeing their generation of profit and achievment of revenue targets and ensure compliance and customer service standards are meet.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Proven coaching and development skills
- Proven track record in achieving outstanding sales results
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Completed ADFS, RG146 Compliant, and eligible to hold practicing certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in business related field.
- Also important is your accreditation to distribute wealth management products and maintain 5 AISC core competencies for providing advice
