This is not simply a case of matching skills but one of truly understanding a client's business and its culture and comparing that to the career aspirations and expectations of a candidate.

Research and development of new candidates and clients.

Candidate Client Follow up scheduling and preparation of interviews.

Assisting the actual interview process.

Manage and organize data-base of candidates Manage job-postings.

Prior financial services experience preferred.
