Our client, a FTSE 100 Banking organisation is looking to hire several contractors to help with their monthly reporting and quarterly statutory accounts reporting. Looking for individuals who have the following competencies:
- Qualified Accountant
- Knowledge of IAS 32, IAS 39 and IFRS 7
- Good communication
- Enthusiastic
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Preparation of board packs including directors’ briefing notes and variance report.
- Liaising with external auditors during the audit process.
- Liaising other departments, i.e middle office, Company Secretary and tax.
- Dealing with queries and ensuring changes on disclosures fed down from Group are accurately reflected and reported;
- Ensuring systems and processes are updated, where required.
- Ad-hoc KPI reporting to senior management;
- Dividend schedules;
