Financial Reporting Accountant - London - Temp to Perm
The opportunity for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join a small private investment management firm in the City. This role is available on a temporary to permanent basis and we are looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
As Financial Reporting Accountant you will be taking ownership of the financial reporting and ensuring that all financial statements are compliant under IFRS. Reporting directly into the Head of Finance you will be presenting financial statements and adding commentary where needed. You will also prepare consolidations.
This role would suit a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with post qualified experience working within Investment Management, however Financial Services experience will be considered.
Experience working as a financial accountant and reporting under IFRS would be beneficial for this role. Successful candidates will have previously worked with financial products such as Credit Derivatives, Equity Derivatives and Loans.
Working as part of a small team you will hold excellent communication skills and be able to present reports.
