RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a liaison with the external auditors to ensure that support and explanations for all requests are provided. In addition, the analyst will work with accounting department to enhance the quality of the supporting work papers prepared in conjunction with quarterly reviews, annual audits and SEC filings.
- Research and assist in interpreting any new or updated accounting standards.
- Prepare equity related analysis and forecasts, including stock-based compensation and dilutive shares.
- Assist in the implementation and development of corporate and international policies and procedures related to accounting standards.
- Assist in the review and assessment of accounting and financial reporting implications of complex contracts and transactions.
- Interact with all levels of management, other corporate departments, subsidiaries, and operating groups.
- Support special projects requests as necessary, such as due diligence and purchase accounting matters related to merger and acquisition activity.
- Complete periodic requests for information on questionnaires from outside parties.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
- CPA required. 2+ years experience in public accounting (Big Four experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and its application are essential. Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
- Project management skills and ability to collaborate with senior management, outside legal counsel, valuation experts, external auditors and various departments within NVIDIA.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
