Financial Reporting and Analysis Supervisor 10-31602627
A global manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Reporting and Analysis Supervisor. This position is located in Vernon Hills and will report to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the development of the annual plan, global cash flow, balance sheet, and capital expenditures
- Assist with the monthly analysis of cash flow and balance sheet and provide monthly variances analysis
- Organize and consolidate the financial support for quarterly guidance and conference calls
- Provide balance sheet and cash flow reporting improvements
- Ensure financial results consistency in planning with reporting
- Propose and collect summary review reporting packages
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, minimum 6 years experience, CPA, CMA, or MBA highly preferred, capital expenditure experience preferred, experience with Hyperion, HFM, Essbase, and SmartView preferred, must be able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational, analytical, computer, and communication skills required.
