Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
CPA required
4+ years experience with Big 4 firm
Heavy SEC and financial exposure
Responsibilities:
Assist in budget process
Month end and year end close
preparation of monthly income statement analysis
Preparation of quarterly and annual reports on 10-Q, 10-K
Assist in quarterly earnings release
Maintain SEC calendar
Assist in the coordination of annual aaaudit and quarterly review of external auditors, annual statutory audits of foreign subsidiaries, SOX internal controls activities with consultants
Preparation of FAS 123R
Supervision of international accounting
