Financial Reporting Manager Jobs, UK
As part of the Financial Control and Reporting Team, you will be responsible for legal entity management and reporting for Capital Markets and the preparation of statutory and ad hoc reports for numerous legal entities.
Key Areas and Responsibilities include:
- Completion of statutory accounts under US and UK GAAP.
- Ensuring books and records are closed in compliance with internal control frameworks.
- Production of consolidated accounts
- Responsible for statutory account production for various entities with varying complexity under numerous GAAPs (US, UK, Luxembourg etc)
- Team management duties, including objective setting, training, performance reviews etc.
To be successful in the role you will be a Qualified Accountant (or overseas equivalent), with strong working knowledge of IFRS, US and UK GAAP and the preparation of statutory accounts. Previous management responsibilities will be an advantage. You will have confidence in Excel to an advanced level, be a self starter and have a keen eye for detail.
