We have partnered with a growing private equity backed company in West LA.
Role: Financial Reporting Manager/FPA Manager for a private equity portfolio company
· Reports to Chief Financial Officer, while working closely with Operational Accounting Controllers
Responsibilities to include;
· Prepare and analyze monthly financial reporting package for submission to Private Equity owner to include; PL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Financial Consolidation and Bridge of Actual to Budget results
· Perform Capital Expenditure reviews to include, new property acquisitions, equipment purchases and/or financing analyses, compute IRR’s and determine if projects meet company objectives.
· Manage annual Budget and Planning process
· Lead annual financial audits
· Research GAAP compliance issues as needed and prepare “white paper” reviews.
· Conduct annual impairment reviews on Goodwill and Trademark intangibles. Assist on Financial Accounting issues as needed
· Perform ad-hoc analysis, reporting and other special projects for Senior Management
Must have requirements;
· Excellent finance, analytical and forecasting skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and financial modeling
· CPA, with strong grasp of GAAP reporting requirements
· 5 plus years’ experience in Accounting or Financial Planning roles.
· Manager experience a plus.
