Financial Reporting recruitment

Prestigious global bank seeks qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with strong financial reporting experience under IFRS gained from a banking environment.

Applicants will ideally have worked on an IFRS conversion project and will also have a working knowledge of USGAAP. Previous experience of accounting for financial instruments is essential, with particular interest in VIEs/SPEs.

Working as a key member of the IFRS conversion project the successful candidate will provide support to the business with regard to accounting policy issues and undertake the independent assessment of special purpose vehicles.
