Financial Representative Electronic Channel recruitment
Electronic Response is comprised of a diverse group of skill sets including Account Service, Investments, and Retirement. Each skill set responds to questions similar to those received via the phone channel.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and customer advocacy
- Articulate customer responses with speed and accuracy
- Utilize appropriate business formatting in all communications
- Ability to work in a team environment
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Customer service experience
- Series 7
- Series 63
Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic market knowledge
- Strong familiarity and comfort with PC, Windows, and online tools
- Strong understanding of business writing techniques
- Excellent interaction skills
