Job Outline:
Based in Manchester South, in contemporary, open plan offices with free on site parking you will be working as part of a motivated, money hungry sales team, being responsible for:-
- Selling debt management plans to customers
- Cross selling additional products and hot keying interested customers to other departments
- Taking a full and accurate fact find from customers
- Seeking permission to carry out a credit search and inform clients of DPA through the system script
- Successfully enter all search details into the bespoke sourcing system
- Selecting the most suitable product for the client
- Conducting calls in a professional manner using company approved sales techniques.Depending on the outcome take the necessary action to bring the deal to a conclusion managing paperwork, as required
- Working efficiently to conduct enough calls to meet company and personal targets
- As and when required speak to external third parties (creditors)
- All leads are provided and no cold calling is involved
Skills and Experience needed:
Previous experience within Debt Management in a sales role is essential. As well as a proven track record in sales, you will have experience of working individually and as part of a team with a stable career history. We are looking for a tenacious, self motivated individual who wants to work in a busy, pressurized, fast paced, fun, upbeat environment. You will be a competent user of MS Word and Excel.
About the benefits:
- An extremely competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 depending upon experience
- Achievable commission structure up to approximately £30k but top earners can earn over £45k due to uncapped commission structure
- Good working hours – M-F Shifts between 9am – 8pm
- 1 in 5 paid Saturday shift from 10am – 2pm
