The Business Unit
The Client Services division is responsible for looking after the day to day interactions we have with our clients - both advisers and investors.
CS has a contact centre, where our clients call to ask questions or make alterations to their accounts. We also have many administrators who act on instructions we receive from our clients by phone, letter or email and make changes or move money on their behalf.
Our contact centre and administrators are assisted by other teams who balance the books, train staff and monitor and maintain our systems.
Purpose
The Forward Recruit FSA is an entry level administration role. The key purpose of the forward recruit is to be up skilled in various administration processes prior to securing permanent placement in an entry level administration team.
Work of the role
We are looking for highly motivated people with the ability to achieve targets in a busy and customer focussed environment. You must be a quick learner, computer literate and have a strong focus on customer service.
- You will be expected to have:

Challenges and Constraints of Position
- To satisfy individual client and financial adviser needs whilst managing daily work volumes and meeting quality and service standards.
- To develop and maintain a high technical knowledge in Unit Trust and Super products.
- Having the flexibility to work outside normal service hours if the workload requires. Service is normally required between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Experience and Personal Specifications
- A passion for customers and strong service focus.
- Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to identify problems and help provide creative solutions.
- Be able to work within deadlines and prioritise work.
- An appreciation for the intermediary relationship.
- Willingness to learn industry legislation and participate in technical training.
- PC literacy.
- Utilise workflow and imaging systems.
- Self-Driven who owns development
