An Advisor's Role: Advisors at Chase partner with our Credit Card customers during calls to build the relationship with the customer, align them to the products/services they need and ensure business needs are met. This is a role for you if you enjoy interacting with others over the phone, are comfortable building rapport quickly, are self-motivated, passionate about succeeding and demonstrate business maturity. What should I expect? Schedule: Upon being hired you will select a schedule that is based on the business need. Once you choose your schedule you can expect to remain in your schedule for approximately 12 months. Training: You will be required to attend paid comprehensive training that includes classroom learning, ongoing coaching and live calls to ensure you are prepared. Salary Range: Hourly based on experience. Schedules: Vary Monday - Sunday between hours of 6AM -12AM 8 weeks paid training - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Additional 10% Shift Differential for later shifts Training class Start Dates: 04/30/2012. This position offers a base salary. These positions are located in the Springfield, Missouri Chase Card Member Site at 303 E Republic Road.
