Client Services is often described as the engine room of Colonial First State, as the primary functions of this team include providing the best customer service experience to our clients through product administration and contact centre services. But Client Services is much more than just an operational centre.
Purpose
As a Financial Services Administrator (FSA) in the Mail Centre you will be responsible for the security and reliability of our mail. The effective receipt, scanning, collection and dispatch of mail items is critical to the ongoing accuracy of our work and the level of service we provide.
The role deals with the careful handling of incoming mail and the printing, collation and dispatch of outgoing mail.
Responsibilities:
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
- Sending out CFS confirmation letters
- Archiving and retrieving documents
- Some data entry
- Taking active steps to ensure fellow team members, Team Leaders and Managers are kept informed of any issues which may prevent the team reaching service standards
- Pro-actively finding creative solutions for system/service issues
- Working as part of a team committed to the provision of excellent service
- Actively contributing to team meetings and general discussions to ensure all matters are addressed openly
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and common courtesy to colleagues
Work of the role
We are looking for highly motivated people with the ability to achieve targets in a busy and customer focussed environment. You must be a quick learner, computer literate and above all have a strong focus on customer service which is inherent in everything we do.

- Flexible working hours - our mail centre opens from 7.00am to 5.00pm ideally you will be able to work on a shift rotational basis.
