Financial Services (EMEIA FSO) – Senior Consultant – TAX – Transfer Pricing recruitment
Ernst Young's Financial Services Tax practice provides tax advisory, transactions and compliance services to a variety of clients in the Financial Services market. In order to strengthen our Transfer Pricing team we are looking for professionals with technical expertise and enthusiasm to join our team, offering the opportunity to benefit from a global network with particular strengths in the United States and Europe.
Job purpose
To contribute to the efficient and successful delivery of tax services to the client.
Your client responsibilities
- Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
- Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
- Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contributing to winning new clients.
- Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and taking a practical/business driven approach
Your people responsibilities
- Integrate effectively and quickly with new teams
- Create a cohesive and motivated work environment, facilitating the sharing of information and the use of methodologies
- Stimulating the growth of younger team members
- Identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards
- Update continually your professional expertise
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Transfer Pricing - strong technical skills and keen to develop further
- Client focused and commercially aware
- Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically
- International tax qualification will be an advantage
- Dottore Commercialista qualified (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to DC) will be an advantage
- Fluent in English language
- Financial Services experience is not essential but will be competitive advantage
