Financial Services Lawyer – 3-5 PQE
An opportunity to join a market leading investment bank that pride themselves on recruiting and retaining high calibre individuals across all business areas both in the UK and globally.
As the successful candidate, you will work in a high profile role, developing relationships and negotiating agreements for premier clients across the EMEA region. You must have a proven track record within a legal department for a financial institution (either in house or private practice with secondment) with experience in banking or finance and ideally with custody, trust and fund administration with knowledge of securities laws and financing arrangements.
If you have a strong academic and legal background with a minimum of 3-4 year PQE and an interest in developing your skills in house with a top firm, then please apply now with your CV in the first instance. A background from a magic circle, silver circle or top tier law firm is highly preferable, a secondment in a banking organisation will also be well regarded.
