We are looking for a Financial Services Manager who has had experience working with a large accounting firm and has deep knowledge of GAAP.

Job Qualifications and Experience:
" Must have an accounting degree or the equivalent work life experience.
" Certified Public Accountant preferred.
" A minimum of three years of experience working within a CPA firm or financial reporting environment.
" Well organized with strong project / time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple and potentially overlapping client requirements / planned filing dates.

" Strong sense of customer service and proven ability to meet established timelines.
" Knowledge / interest in XBRL Strong U.S. GAAP acumen and understanding of financial reporting a must.
" Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
" Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
" Strong team orientation

The Professional Services Manager is an integral position within the organization, working closely with Sales, Product Support, Product Management, Customer Success and Executive staff. The Professional Services Manager is responsible for customer project management, XBRL data modeling, mapping, tagging and review of customer XBRL projects. A key responsibility is to ensure the highest quality customer XBRL filings.

Job Responsibilities:
" Maintain management responsibility for multiple XBRL professional service engagements which may range from comprehensive full service projects to more limited support for more self-sufficient clients.

" Respond in a timely fashion to resolve outstanding customer issues and/or inquiries. Manage issue resolution or assist client as appropriate depending on the type of engagement.

" Take the lead or support client, as appropriate with establishing and executing a thorough QA review process.
" Provide supervisor and customer with updates and trend information that impact areas of responsibility.
" Maintains thorough knowledge of taxonomies, SEC regulations, and US GAAP changes.
" Other duties as assigned.
