Financial Services Office - Advisory Services - Process Improvement - Core Banking Operations - Managers (Multiple Positions): Provide clients with business process services that help identify, assess, manage, and measure the organization's capabilities. Help manage and deliver functional operational and process improvement for core banking systems, operational strategy, business process improvement, cost management/profitability enhancement, and business integration services through the full project lifecycle from assessment through design and system implementation in several of the following areas: Mortgages (Default Management, Foreclosures, Loss Mitigation, Loan Origination Systems, Originations, Servicing, Fulfillment, Securitization/Secondary Markets); Consumer Lending (eCommerce/Mobile Banking, Deposits, ATM, Checking, etc.); Auto Finance; and Credit Cards/Payments. Consistently deliver quality client services. Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand Ernst Young and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all Ernst Young practices to serve client needs. Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization .
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; or a Master's degree Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
