Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To provide personalized services to customers, understand customer needs and offer enhanced products and services to generate business. Build and increase customer relationship value by cross selling products and services based on customer needs. Attend to new customers and the customers reffered by CSRs/ Tellers to generate business from new customers. Process customer transactions in an efficient and timely manner.
FSR would carry the business and revenue targets through relationship management of the managed customer base and by generating new business from new customers walking into the branch or by conducting promotional/ sales activities outside the branch.
