Financial Services Project Manager recruitment
Morgan Stanley are looking to recruit a project manager into their Corporate Equity Solutions team. Working together with a team of specialists, you will be overall responsible for successfully implementing new clients. The projects have an international character and the teams you will be working with will be located in various countries. Experience with running cross-border projects is a bonus.
• Overall Project Deliverables
• Defines work effort and obtains agreement with Sponsor on Objective
• Creates and Manage the Project Plan
• Manages risks and Issues
• Manages change or increased scope of project
• Manages communication between multiple internal and external parties
• Manages Resources and align with appropriate client contacts or work streams
• Manages quality and Metrics through defining success and project survey
• Define and Document Specific Procedures
• Call center setup and training
• Provide system training
• Conduct Implementation Survey
Skills Required
- Proven Project Management experience,
- Experience working within the financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with managing multiple projects
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, MS Projects, Word, Visio)
- Leadership, motivation and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
- Prior experience of developing new operation business flows
Skills Desired
- Prince 2 practitioner certified
- International Stock plan industry experience
- Speaks a second language next to English
